Rice Bran Solvent Extraction
Rice bran is by-product obtained during Rice Milling operation. This is golden reddish cuticle obtained after removal of the husk and during polishing of the rice. During rice milling process, the bran is obtained and the bran has an oil content of 18-20%. Rice bran oil can easily be obtained in direct Rice Bran Solvent Extraction of the rice bran. But due to the powdery nature of the rice bran, it requires a preparation before extraction to ensure a good percolation of the solvent.
Rice Bran Solvent Extraction system includes the following steps:
Bran Screening;
Conditioning;
Pelletising or Expander;
Solvent Extraction.
After rice bran oil solvent extraction process, the crude rice bran oil need to be processed with Rice Bran Oil Refining Machine because that crude rice bran oil has many impurities which is harmful to people.
