Cottonseed Oil Extraction Mill Workshop Main Equipment: rotary multi cell extractor with stainless steel gate or drag chain extractor, D.T.D.C desolventizer-toaster, total negative pressure evaporator, paraffin recovery equipment, etc.
The whole oil making machine includes: oil pretreatment machine, oil extraction plant, oil refining line.
Pretreatment and prepressing section is a very important section before extraction.It will directly affect extraction effect.

Cottonseed oil pre-pressing&extraction craft flow:

cottoneseed → clean→seperate → seed

cottonseed hull

→ softening → flaking → cooking → pre-pressing → filter → crude cottonseed oil
↓
desolventizing← extraction → mixed oil → evaporation→steam stripping →extract crude oil
