Win Tone's oil processing machine adopts the leaching methods to processing oil, and this passage introduce the advantages of leaching methods....

Extraction of vegetable oil from vegetable oil is one of the methods of modern oil extraction. The leaching method of oil extraction is applied to the application of solid - liquid extraction, it uses the organic solvent which can dissolve oil, it also an oil extraction method which is extracted from the oil in the oil materials after spraying and soaking of the oil. Our oil processing machine adopts the leaching methods, and compared with other methods, the leaching method of oil extraction has obvious advantages.

1.The oil yield of the leaching method of oil extraction is higher than that of other methods. After extracting the oil from the oil materials, the residual oil is below 1%, which has a practical significance for the rational use of oil resources.

2.After extracting the oil, the oil content is higher, and then it can be used as raw material for livestock and animal feed production.

3.Processing cost is relatively low. Because of the use of non mechanical method, especially the increase in the production scale, the processing cost is lower.

4.Comparison of leaching method to achieve automatic control of production, leaching method is a combination of chemical production units, it is easy to achieve automatic control of production, pressure, liquid level, vacuum and so on.

5.The production environment of the leaching method is better because of its closed production, no leakage, no dust, and the temperature is relatively low.

6.The quality of the oil produced by the leaching method is good. Because the leaching method is used in organic solvent, it has the selectivity to be dissolved, and it can be used to control the non lipid soluble journal in the process of oil extraction. The method can be used to extract the temperature and the process of adding other solvents.
