PALM OIL EXTRACTION MACHINE is very important project machine to help users to get high quality crude palm oil from palm fruits. It is not easy to make full extraction of palm oil directly by an oil expeller, but passing through a series of processing line including palm fruit pretreatment, palm oil pressing station, palm oil clarification and storage.

The pericarp of plam fruit is composed of an external hull (epicarp) and a pulp made of oily fibres (35–85% of the fruit weight) containing 40–60% palm oil and 35–45% water. The pulp surrounds a ligneous shell which contains one or more very hard kernels – palm kernels – that contain 45–50% palm kernel oil. Palm fruit is connected with heavy shell and palm bunches, thus sterilization is very important section during palm fruit pretreatment. It uses high temperature to cook soft fruit bunches and sterilization, which make it easy to separate fruit bunch, fruit, soft fruit, increasing humidity of the fruit. It can make palm oil pressing more easily and palm fruit and palm kernel easy separation, preventing enzymatic decomposition, to avoid elevated levels of free fatty acids.

Palm oil pressing section uses double screw helix continuous discharge and hydraulic, greatly improving palm oil production efficiency. Crude oil is available after clarification and clarification.
