During the screw oil press maintenance, we should notice the following aspects:
1.Each site of screw oil press should be regularly smeared with butter or oil lubrication. General copper sleeve need to add oil after working four to six hours. Clean bearing with butter after using three months to four months.
2.Oil mill press should be checked and maintained work after using three to four months.
3.Protect each lubrication part from dust and other impurity. Check the quality of the engine oil in the reducer casing every year, once go bad, you should change machine oil completely.
4.When capacity reduces, it is abnormal to produce oil and oil cake. You should pull out press screw shaft, then check press screw, press bar and oil cake outlet. If the machine parts wear down, you should replace the damaged parts in time.
