Oil seeds are properly cleaned & destoned before further processing of oil expeller press, cold press expeller. Properly cleaned & de-stoned oil seeds are subjected to size disintegration / flaking to get better efficiency of the oil expeller press, cold press expeller machine and palm kernel expeller. This disintegrated seed is subjected to Cooking. In cooking, the oil cell is properly tempered so that after applying mechanical pressure the oil is easily expelled. This cooked seed is subject to mechanical pressing in the Expeller where the oil comes out with some amount of fines. This process is done through machine like oil expeller, oil expeller press, cold press expeller, palm kernel expeller.
