Soybean oil refinery process adopts continuous oil refining methods in general. Soybean oil refining process is with solvent oil light gasoline (6) to extract oil raw material after fully immersed in the high temperature, through the "six" off process (i.e., degreasing, degumming, dewatering, decoloring, deodorization, acid). The biggest characteristics of soybean oil refinery is high oil yield, low production cost, it is also one of the reasons that the soya bean salad oil prices generally lower than the pressure oil.
According nutritional value, soybean oil contains 7-10% palmitic acid, 2-5% stearic acid, 1-3% arachidic acid, 22-30% oleic acid, 50-60% linoleic acid, 5-9%.linoleic acid. Soybean oil fatty acid composition is good, it is rich in linoleic acid, significantly reduce serum cholesterol, prevent cardiovascular disease. In addition, human digestion absorption rate is as high as 98% soybean oil, soybean oil so good cooking oil is also a kind of high nutritional value.

Continuous soybean oil refinery process mainly adopts the centrifuge equipment. The oil refining process is as follows:
crude oil → degumming&dephosphorization → deacidification → drying → decolorization → deodorization → defatting → dewaxing → finished oil.

1.Degumming: Removing the phosphatide by adding hot water, when phosphatide meets hot water, it will become bigger and bigger, then out of tanks.
2. Deacidification: Removing the FFA by add caustic soda (for taking neutrallzation reaction).
3. Bleaching: Remove the pgment by adding bleaching earth( it has srtrong adsorption of pigment), and the remaining bleaching earth will be filtrated by leaf filter.
4. Deodorization: Remove the oxide, solid particle and volatide gas.
